Three texts. That's the whole system.
01

Text it a task

Natural language. No syntax, no buttons, no app to open. Just text what you need to do, like you'd tell a friend.

"finish the n8n walkthrough video by friday"
02

It organizes everything

The agent categorizes by project, assigns priority, sets deadlines, and links related tasks. It learns your patterns over time.

project: youtube | priority: high | due: friday | linked to: "record shorts"

It keeps you moving

Morning briefings. Deadline reminders. "What's next?" on demand. The agent proactively manages your day through the interface you already check 100 times.

An agent, not an app.
MEMORY

Persistent Context

Remembers every task, every project, every conversation. Ask about something from 3 weeks ago — it knows. No context resets, no session limits.

MORNING

Daily Briefing

Every morning at your chosen time, a text arrives with today's tasks ranked by priority. No app to open. No dashboard to check. It comes to you.

PROJECTS

Project Awareness

Tasks auto-group by project. Ask "how's the youtube channel going?" and it pulls every related task, deadline, and status into one reply.

SMART

Priority Engine

Learns what matters to you. If you always do content tasks first, it adapts. If you keep pushing a task, it flags it. The agent adjusts to your real behavior.

NUDGE

Deadline Alerts

Proactive reminders before deadlines hit. Not annoying notifications — contextual nudges. "The client proposal is due in 3 hours. You haven't started it."

WEB

Dashboard Companion

SMS is the daily interface. The web dashboard is for full project views, weekly reviews, and analytics. Same data, different lens.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why SMS and not a regular app?
Because you already check your texts 100+ times a day. You don't need another app icon you'll ignore after a week. SMS has zero friction — no login, no loading screen, no syncing. You text a task and it's done. The agent meets you where you already are.
Does it work with iMessage / Android / WhatsApp?
It works via standard SMS to any phone number. iMessage, Android Messages, any carrier. WhatsApp and Telegram support are on the roadmap for v2. You'll get a dedicated number to text — save it as a contact and it feels native.
How does it remember everything?
The agent uses persistent memory backed by a database. Every task, every conversation, every project — stored and indexed. When you ask "what did I do last week?" it pulls from your full history. No context resets between sessions.
What if I accidentally text it something personal?
The agent only processes task-related content. It doesn't read your other texts — it only sees messages sent to its dedicated number. Your data is stored securely and never shared. You can delete your entire history anytime with one text: "delete everything."
Is there a limit on how many tasks or texts I can send?
Unlimited tasks, unlimited texts. The flat monthly price covers everything. No per-message fees, no token limits you'll hit. Use it as much as you need to.
What's the community bundle?
If you're a member of the [YOUR_BRAND] AI Systems community ($9.99/month), txt.task is included at no extra cost. Your token allocation is bundled with membership. It's one of several tools available to community members alongside workflow blueprints, the AI coach, and the skills library.
Your task system
should be as fast as
sending a text.

No app to download. No dashboard to learn. No habits to build. Just text what you need to do — the agent handles the rest.
